The movies in my life

The movies are a essencial part on my life. I do not have much time, but if I can view them, I just do it.

My favourite movies are of the drama but, I do not think that these represent moments in my life as such, probably it is got to do with my personality or with my thought about of live.

I remember that the movie “Freedom writers”, made me reflect much in themes about the racism, the resilience, the self-motivation, etc. Also, the movie “The boy in the striped pyjamas”, that speaks about the same in different parts.

All this, made me think in the life and in the social memory, because both movies are real life stories. Are some things that cannot be forgotten, thing whole world.

I love you cellphone...

Hello again!

Today I tell you about my favorite piece of technology and, without thinking too much, I think it's the cellphone. Four years ago I have a Smartphone and really makes my life so much easier.

In this device I can realize a serie of activities as: read the news and files, stay connected to social networks, comunicate with anyone at the moment, send or receive emails, listen to music, entertain with games, etc.

I like the cellphone because it is small and useful for many things. I think it is good especially for us who are dedicated to journalism and we must live connected. Now, I can not imagine my life without a cellphone.

And you, what is your favorite piece of technology?

Hello again!

In my previous post, I told them that I have been a journalism student for four years. This year is the most complex in my career, so I want to order my activities according to my priorities at university and my life. I know that will be very difficult.

For example, I wish to go on with my seminar quickly because is relevant for my curriculum. Also, I want to learn more about Internal and external communication management for make my professional practice in this.

I need to learn more English because, although scares me, will help me so much for all.

I am Luz Elizabeth Araya Pastén. I was born in 1993, in Los Andes. Actually, I live in San Felipe with my parents and my brother, but travel to Santiago every week because I am studying there.

I have been a journalism student at Universidad de Chile four years ago. Also, I have been a leader of a Christian corporation in Chile three years ago. There I work with youngsters.
I like music, playing the guitar, go to the church, sleeping, travel for Chile, playing volleyball, etc.

I think that is all about me.
